Nooka to nowojorska firma produkująca bardzo orgyinalne zegarki. Jest jedną z pierwszych firm na świecie, która wprowadziła do sprzedaży zegarki monochromatyczne, które nie pokazują godziny wskazówkami ani cyferkami (elektroniczne). Zakochana panna cotta:
Czas: 40 minut + 3h na chłodzenie
Time: 40 minutes + 3 hours cooling
porcje: 9-10
portions: 9-10
Składniki:
- 1 galaretka o dowolnym smaku ( u mnie wiśniowa)
- 1 szklanka śmietanki 36%
- 1 łyżka żelatyny
- 5 łyżek cukru
- 1 łyżeczka ekstraktu z wanilii, lub dwie cukru wanilinowego
- 1 szklanka jogurtu naturalnego
Ingredients:
- 1 jelly of any flavor (in my cherry)
- 1 cup 36% cream
- 1 tablespoon gelatin
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, or vanilla sugar two teaspoon
- 1 cup plain yogurt
Przygotowanie:
Preparation:
1.Przygotować galaretkę (przy każdej jest instrukcja). Przelać ją do foremek ( mogą być filiżanki) tak by wypełniała je na ok 1-2 cm wysokości. Schłodzić w lodówce.
1. Prepare jelly (in each instruction is). Pour it into the molds (can be a cup) so that they are filled to about 1-2 cm in height. Cool in a refrigerator.
2.Żelatynę wymieszać z dwiema łyżkami śmietanki, odstawić na 10 minut.
2. Gelatin mixed with two tablespoons of cream, let stand for 10 minutes.
3.Do rondelka wlać połowę śmietanki, dodać cukier i podgrzewać aż się rozpuści. Dodać ekstrakt waniliowy. Podgrzać, odstawić z ognia i dodać rozrobioną żelatynę. Mieszać aż się rozpuści ( bardzo dokładnie żeby nie było grudek).
3. Pour into a saucepan half the cream, add the sugar and heat until dissolved. Add the vanilla extract. Remove from heat and add the gelatin rozrobioną. Stir until it dissolves (very carefully so that there was no lumps).
4.Drugą połowę śmietanki ubić. Do śmietanki z wanilią dodać jogurt, wymieszać. Następnie połączyć z ubitą śmietaną.
4. The second half of the tamp cream . Add the cream with vanilla yogurt and mix. Then connect with whipped cream.
5.Wyłożyć do foremek, na stężałą galaretkę. Chłodzić jeszcze 3 godziny.

6.Po tym czasie, foremki można zanurzyć w gorącej wodzie na chwilę by deser łatwiej odszedł od foremki i przełożyć go na talerzyk. Uważamy żeby nie nalać wody do foremki, tylko podgrzać jej ścianki. Powinny ładnie wyjść z foremki na talerzyk. Uwaga! Nie można podgrzewać ich w wodzie za długo bo mogą za bardzo się rozpuścić!
6. After that time, mold can be immersed in hot water for a while to easily walked away from the dessert molds and put it on the plate. We think not to pour water into the mold, just heat the walls.
